ABOUT OUR TEACHERS
At Stepping Stones Children's Academy, our teachers are nurturers and educators. They encourage learning through exploration, and understand the balance between what a child needs to feel safe and what he or she requires to reach his or her potential.
Our teachers partner with parents and work together to celebrate successes, navigate challenges and communicate daily about their children’s achievements and goals.
STAFF REQUIREMENTS
Stepping Stones Children's Academy is staffed by highly trained and skilled teachers who are dedicated to helping your child reach his or her full potential.
We check references and conduct thorough background checks based on state and/or local licensing requirements. This includes fingerprinting and appropriate criminal background checks as well as verification of educational credentials.
In addition, all Stepping Stones Children's Academy educators are both state certified and CPR/First-Aid certified. They also complete ongoing yearly professional development training.
